Our quality control system includes manual inspection and automatic detection by the international leading technology. Before loading, we would carry on the precision testing of some details size, such as Cutting, Polishing, Drilling, Packing drilling depth, pitch, edge processing point of view, and so on.
In packing, we also did very detailed protection. Product packaging, spatial arrangement, and stacking are all carried out by experienced and professional arrangements to ensure that you could receive goods the same as you expect.
1. How can I be guaranteed the cargo quality.
We have an experienced QC team with more than 10 people. They will carefully detect the stone quality and specification piece by piece, monitoring every production process until packaging is complete, to ensure product safety in the container.
Also, Third-party inspection or you coming to inspection directly is ok.
2. How to arrange to ship from China?
The first shipment is about 10-25 days after receiving the deposit.
We work with many Chinese freight forwarders to arrange the shipment and customs clearance for you, even if you don't have any import experience.
We also offer delivery to your door service, which saves much time and trouble for you.
3. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
We could offer the sample for free charge.
Sample delivery costs will be at the buyer's account. (such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.)
After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express fee.
